Grandfather Hollow eBook Kellie Honaker
Pretty good collection of stories. If you like a good horror/creepy story with a side of revenge/getting even, this is a short story collection for you. There's also a heavy side of bad people getting what they so justly deserve (particularly The Dullahan). Only one story (The Parlor) didn't work well for me, and that was because the ghost was pointlessly malicious - although I didn't see the twist at the end coming. There's also a great deal of humor in it, so I found it a fun read. I did read it during the daytime though... (I didn't think it was all that creepy, and it's not gory.)

Grandfather Hollow eBook Kellie Honaker Reviews
Loved the stories, they are well written and they kept my attention. I want to read more. Can't wait to see more from this author and (hopefully) from these characters!
Wonderful collection of stories that will keep you up at night. I love the writing style! Fantastic book.
I usually skim novels. Too descriptive , too many fillers. Thats why these shorts are so great to me. Going to look for more.
Each story had its on unique blend of fantasy and possibility. The conversational tone of Kellie Honaker's writing makes the stories easy and enjoyable to consume, like mystery candies in a box of chocolates.
Kellie Honaker provides a number of really innovative takes on some typical ghost story scenarios. There are a number of very clever surprises which make this collection well-worth the time it will take you to read them. Appropriate for mature early teens and up. Read this book. You will soon consider Kellie Honaker one of your favorite authors!
This is far from the normal type of book I read (I go though 10-12 inspirational romance novels each month) but I purchased it because it was written by a local author and I wanted to support her.
BUT I have been pleasantly surprised! I have read the first two stories and loved them both.
Well done, Kellie! I hope I see you soon and can get it autographed.
I love this book. The author takes subjects that could so easily be trite (zombies, vampires, haunted houses and the such) and puts her own unique twists on them so that you're never sure where you'll end up. Her style of writing is good as well--she knows how to leave something unstated but to somehow communicate to you what is not said. Her descriptions of both characters and settings are also deliciously done. If you're a fan of horror stories, Kellie Honaker should be your new favorite author.
